After many years of freelance tour catering, Sandy Hylton has decided to make a go of it and set up Sweet Chilli Catering.

 During the first year, we have steadily gained momentum and have had the pleasure of working with U2, Tracy Chapman, The Futureheads, Status Quo, The Kaiser Chiefs and Shakira.

 A small company with a top quality, fun catering crew to ensure the very best service (whatever your budget), but at the same time, keeping it oh so real, after all, a pie is a pie!

A wealth of experience world touring has given us an excellent insight into touring crew needs from across the pond in the USA to Europe, Australasia and the Far East as well as South America.
